U-Tron Deon-Cooler is a proprietary cooling gadget designed specially for High Bay, High Power LED lights. We shall reveal products developed using this technology at the Hong Kong April 6 to 9 LED lighting show.
U-Tron High bay LED flood lights utilizes a special technology developed by U-Tron for solving the heat dissipations for High Power LED Lamps ranging over 400 Watt. We use a cylindrical sealed tube with a low boiling point “Freon” like liquid (only a very small amount is needed) inside the cylinder. This liquid boils and evaporates and carries the heat to the top by the convection movement. Meaning heat is removed rapidly away from the LEDs. When the vapor cools down, its falls back into the bottom to re-cycle the process and the end result is a satisfactory Tj temperature at the LEDs and a very hot top side which uses the conventional heat sink to cool it down.
No forced air or extra electricity is required in this process. No moving parts like nano-blowers or wasted electricity like peltier coolers or TECs.
